it's weird to feel odd when a stranger hug you? I move 5 years ago and this little town is very welcoming but i still feel weird on how close they get sometimes

Ingredients

Crust

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

• 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 tbsp lime zest
• 2 tbsp tequila
• 1 tbsp orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Optional Topping

• Whipped cream
• Lime slices/zest
• Coarse salt for rim decoration

Instructions

1. Make the crust

• Preheat oven to 325°F.
• Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
• Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
• Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool.

2. Prepare the filling

• Beat cream cheese until smooth.
• Add sugar and mix well.
• Add eggs one at a time.
• Mix in sour cream, lime juice, zest, tequila, orange liqueur, vanilla, and salt.

3. Bake

• Pour filling over crust.
• Bake 50–60 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
• Turn oven off and crack the door open for 1 hour.

4. Chill

• Refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

5. Decorate

• Top with whipped cream and lime zest.
• Add a light salted rim around the edge for a margarita vibe.
