Got the job - thank you

https://www.reddit.com/r/macsysadmin/comments/1u6wl9e/mac_technical_support_interview_soon_how_should_i/

I wasn't their preferred hire. The CEO later told me that the rest of the team was concerned about my lack of experience. They got back to me a week later with a job offer. The only thing I can think of is me speaking about my Jamf Lab was enough to push me ahead of the other candidates but I'm really not sure.

Their security team drilled me with questions about PreStage enrollment, DDM and a few scripting questions. One of them I couldn't even fully answer.

I used to work in a call center so this is a major jump in salary. Thank you for the advice. This and the slack channel is a great community to be in.

Act 1 really struggling with the Barbarian class

Hello,

I just got Diablo 2 Remastered on Steam. It's my first time playing a Diablo game. I'm on classic hardcore and I picked Barbarian thinking it would be one of the easier classes in the game.

And the class is easy but I'm really struggling with fighting off more than a couple of enemies. I have no AOE spells just yet and I've spent the class points I have in leveling up Double Swing and Axe Mastery. If not for potion spam I would have died very early on. I'm currently on the "Sisters to the Slaughter" quest and I'm worried that I will get nuked if I go down to the depths any further

Not sure how to "export" my build so this screenshot is the best I can produce lol

Mac Technical Support interview soon - how should I prepare

Hello,

I'm interviewing for a Mac Technical support role for an Apple Premier Partner. Maybe some of you have worked with them at some point? They seem very well known. In any case I'm in the final stages of interviewing with the CEO.

I don't have any MDM experience but I work in a technical support role where we deal with a lot of iOS and macOS devices so I was familiar with how to reset a password, remove activation lock, fix common Mail app issues, very rudimentary things. I guess that experience was enough to convince them to give me a shot.

I enrolled my iPad&iPhone to JAMF and pushed a passcode policy as well as an app download on them. I'm currently reading through the Deployment and Management course but I don't believe I'll be able to finish it and get the certification fast enough before my interview.

What would you do in my shoes? Or better yet what would you be looking for when you're hiring a new help desk person to your team? I'm very motivated but I don't know how to best demonstrate that
