Yano them tracks nobody talks about or is at the end of the album and not listened to as much?

I have already released 4 song with an artist name containing brackets with two letters "IE" inside them. The first releases went no problem but now I am getting rejected with my songs as I suddenly cannot use brackets and the IE stands for a country prefix (Ireland?)

Is this because I am releasing my music to all outlets even though I'm not requesting any money for it? Or has one it two providers now not accepting this and it's counting for them all? What can I do?
