Bought a house 5 years ago with speakers installed. What do I need to make them functional?

It says Home theater but there’s nothing connected on the left gang. That’s an Ethernet cable I just ran to our office so it’s just the 6 speakers.

Edit: I’m wondering about specific hardware I would need to either hook up my Sony TV or something that allows me to play music from my phone.
