Best sleeves to store DVD\Blu Ray\4K Discs in
Because I have a number of TV Shows in those large cases which are a pain to get in and out I am seriously considering moving the actual discs to cd sleeves. I still may display the original boxes but regardless I am considering moving the actual discs to sleeves to make them easier to get to in order to reduce the damage that typically occurs when using those sorry cases.
Are paper sleeves sufficient or should I consider getting plastic sleeves? Main concern of course is making sure I'm not using something that will end up making it more likely I will scratch the actual disc or cause unintentional damage to the disc when using them. Due to my fairly substantial collection, I am looking at initially getting about 1000 sleeves and I won't need to put these sleeves in a binder and in fact the plastic sleeves with the holes may actually be bigger than what I need for my use.
