Seen at the GW Outlet, St. Paul, MN

I picked up this nice, mission style plant stand this weekend. Unfortunately, there's no maker's mark, label, etc. It is 18 3/4 inches tall and although it looks square, the top and bottom shelves are 11 1/2 by 11 3/4. The legs are slightly tapered at the bottom - 2 1/2 inches wide at the top, 2 1/8 at the bottom.

Does anyone know who this may have been made by?

Hello, I picked up a couple vintage pieces this weekend and wondered if someone could confirm if these are crossstitch. I read the Wikipedia entries for crossstitch, crewel embroidery and needlepoint and wanted to make sure I was understanding the definitions correctly. Thank you in advance!
