Could I ship (somewhat large) moving boxes to the mailroom, or will that cause issues?

Is it possible to build at least a semi-realistic system for New Orleans?

Light metro would be the closest approximation for what New Orleans has/could feasibly have, but from what I can tell, it can’t do grade crossings. Underground lines are massively impractical in New Orleans, and elevated tracks would just look silly in most parts of the city.

Commuter rail is an option, except the minimum train length is wider than most city blocks along St. Charles Ave and the rest of the city.

Is there some way to force grade crossings, or otherwise build a somewhat realistic system in New Orleans?
