Recieved my pad 8 and the focus pen yesterday.. .and really loving it so far. Got shizuku till I actually root it safely. Any app suggestions outside of the usual ones?

I want note taking, run local ai and maybe learn digital art!

Are there any tv shows or anime series around the coffee brewing culture? There are some decent ones around specific sports, but dint find any around brewing or barista skills!
