Nails flaking off after buffing off gel manicure and biting
I got a glittery gel manicure buffed off today at a home salon. She told me that they didn’t need to soak but she really went to town on them.
Later on I bit them and huge chunks of my nail are flaking off! This has never happened to me before. I’ve bitten my nails for decades and I’ve never experienced the flaking and roughness I have today. I tried to rub olive oil on them but does anyone have any other advice on what to do?
