So I own a company who is funded for creating software and services.

As a part of a addedum in a contract - I have a few years and a massive blank check to develop free public facing data services. Like rental properties compliance checks, sbir/sba assistance, pretty much "anything" that is a lacking public service. Really the only stipulations are its free, public, follows iso/iec and other ai regulations, texas focused and a beneficial service using software and artificial intelligence.

What services would you build or want if they were 100% free and you didnt have to worry about development time or cost.

Im directly connected to over 1200 api/goverment data sources. I control the hardware and software. Im locked into this for 3 years and already completed the main contract deliverables. Including court focused, housing, economic, enviormental and some cjis/ems apis [fedramp] intergrations.

We are also parsing datasets. So. If theres a collective of data not easily accessible or interactive - we have lanes in the contract that are benfited by us producing public facing assets.

So genuinely. Free - i just need ideas for services the public lacks that are digitally focused. The goal generally is to "better" texas in "any" theoretical ai driven manner.

We will build, ship and post said services here. They will never cost $ as that would violate the contract. They can be as technological as one can muster - we are pretty capable.

About me :

I dont know what im doing im not a social guy, id like to change that. For the last ..ever.. i have been secluded from the majority of people, move around alot as a kid, struggle life. Persistently let down by people. No criminal record. Mentally sane* ..sort of, see below. Happily married. I own my company. Apparently im a big guy 6ft6 350 samoan, but i can run a few miles before weezing on the floor like a gasping bear. Workaholic, seriously 20 hour days x 5 is normal for me and why i have a minimal social life.

Context :

Recently my free time has grown, i can handle most of my d2dops via mobile, and i wanted to start finding whatever a friend is suppose to be. Whilst im not social. Ive had a plethora of "friends" or at least the implication of one. People that are cool to talk to, hang out with or build stuff. But over the years people just fall off, change, different focuses in life. I dunno not making excuses I just dont have anyone i really lock in with other than my wife.

Ive spent most of my adult life subscribing to other peoples perception of me as my reality. And my wife and i have worked for the last near decade just to get to the point where considering friendships is a viability - cuz honestly it wasnt really before. And none of the so called friends i had/have understand what its like to dig the trench to win.

What id like to find are people like me, driven hardworking multi taskers, that are ok with talking about roi's and deltas while drinking over a steak at a restaurant. Or business and a blunt. I enjoy long verbose complex conversations, not so much the day to day how are you's.

I enjoy working out, when i have to, 100% a heavy lifter. I can cook, i speak 7 languages fluently. I dont have social media. Other than a linkdn i avoid headhunters as a bathroom break festivity.

Rugby player. But im learning about football. I can cook. I spar a little, im pretty insecure about my size in general "bull in a china shop" syndrome 24/7 so often im not comfortable in most places.

Ideally im looking for people who can teach me things. Ive worn alot of hats but get my thrills from becoming decent at things. So any skill trade, any skill, profession, hobby [ i mean im allergic to death so skydiving is out also pretty sure im way to big for it]

Video games are ok, but im really only into 4x/strategy/open world games.

I larped once. 9/10 would yell fireball again. Even tho i hate the taste of fireball. Also i dont really drink, and have never been drunk.

My current life goal - continue making my wife happy, and as goofy as it sounds, cure poverty and do some sci fi stuff, im building a 501c.

I outwardly think im not 99% of the worlds cup of tea. At my age i kinda just toss my hands up and ponder if i am in a simulation my charisma bar doesnt move. But im very good at organization, delegation and solutions in everything but this realm which i think i need. The platonic bonds realm.

Here are my negatives from my perception as a warning label :

Neurodivergent , i will ask questions in vulgar distasteful way because i find the jargon more effective.

Overly-perceptive - i 100% hyperfixate on inconsistencies or weird shit.

Very goal orentied, i cannot "live in the moment" what even is that. If were engaging i need to know the plan so i can do my part.

Contribution based - if were hanging out? Ima bring something. I dont ever expect others to bring what i bring, but bring "something" if i bring steaks, you can at least bring a fork. If that something is just me then we are reciprocating time and energy, if that isnt returned im not really interested.

Judgemental- 100% i have a need to return home to my wife safely so, yea i judge everyone doesnt mean im going to have a vocal opinion or even care, but yea im estimating the threat to my life and my goals every second. People i assess or judge as being hinderences to either are avoided.

Quiet, im big enough, i dont actually like attention so its a bad habit to try to make myself small.

40 year old solo founder here. Neurodivergent, highly skilled. I say highly skilled because ive been building ai for over 35 of those years [ i started building star craft 2 maps and that lead to aim bots, before counter strike was releases, which lead to physics sim to add weight and joule tracking, that lead to online means of making money so on and so on, until i ended up with a few peices of paper that display to others im "skilled"

Useless things like mcse, linux security, neuroscience.

Today i have fedramp ready buisness, i hold active registrations, a cage # a uei, i have active contracts, clients, products and outreach. I have the hardware and the software. I even have acceptance into nearing 20 start up programs including nvidia inception and amazon. And our own models.

However - my problem is doing it "alone" i dont enjoy it.

For absolute clarity : as a solo founder start up. Im already net positive and could afford to hire staff. Im already grant/federal ready. Already have funded safe accounts, and multi year contracts. And have clients with mutiple ai controlled divisions.

But heres my problem. I cant figure out why i would want to hire over build with founders who want a peice of the ground floor.

So after lurking here for a while i decided to try it, opening up and finding 2 to 3 additional "founders"

My definition of founder is : person who builds the foundation of a project and understands the long horizon goals of the objective while also being informed/skiled enough to address the concerns on the fly.

To "me" a founder is not someone looking to get paid. Or look for saving from a bad scenario. Or someone looking to jump on a already crusing ship.

Its again - a brick layer. Sweat equity, trench digger.

My situation is different. The founders im looking for are not building my already built trenches or marketing my products. I dont need either. I want skilled individuals that challenge the stack itself. At this point context is important " i currently operate this federated stack on a gh200 cluster" so building is not the goal, nor is debugging, nor is menial labor.

Its intelligence. Regretably intelligence the system itself needs hitl to aquire. Thus i have to be ultra selective.

Heres what you get if you are selected.

We have active b2g and b2e that are not included. They fund the stack.

Now the bad part - and the part i know will keep people away.

I want people to prove to me they are worth the investment of trust and time into. Skill i can install into people, trust i cant. Has to be earned. And this is my method.

How long to prove they can be trusted ? Nda + kyc carried by stripe [ were in banking as a service program] 30 days of activity tracked by our system + a series of 1 on 1 digital interviews wherein Myself and the system assess your benefit to the stack. *** important

Cannot work with anyone that our fedramp position cant clear.

We are still preseed meaning we have had 0 funding rounds but are still funded

Our mmr consecutively from jan to last month per month has qualifies us for tier 2 to t3 funding stages across many platforms.

I dont really care about your history.

I dont really care about your age or sex as long as you are over 18 so contracts are binding and you can tolerate me calling you bro or kid because i speak with alot of slang were good.

I dont really care how you code or develop or assist as long as it benefits the stack. and can accurately replicate how you did it.

Roles the stack is most interested in varies day to day as again it learns concepts daily. We service over 40 domains currently. We have rnd/think tank roles. We have edu track too.

Long post I know- sporatic i know. But im a solo founder with all his documentation in place and actively generating money with a company using frontier hardware and software that i own outright. I definitely know what im doing. Ergo why my methods are to find others who are also capable or have the capacity to learn to be better than me.

Im also open to beneficial collaboration in our public facing oss program that we havent officated but exist.
