Banana tree broke. What can I do?

Came home from errands to find one of my banana trees gave in to the weight of its fruit. Propped it up so fruit's not on the ground. If I prop it back up, will it survive to ripen the bunch it's got, or is it all compost now? Knew I should have cut the flower sooner. Sucks because this is the only one fruiting right now. Pardon the weeds.

Lost hair after IUD

Don't know what to do. Ranting a bit. I used to have so much hair, and since I got an IUD in October my hair keeps falling out so fast. I've got less than half my original hair volume left, and I want to cry every time I shower and see more falling out. I can't get the IUD out, since it's stopping horrendous and constant periods, and I can't do topical minoxidil because I have cats. I'm already taking vitamins, and collagen, but it doesn't seem to be coming back. I don't know what to do. I talked to my gynecologist, and she didn't seem concerned, but I wasn't told this would happen. If I had been told, I'd have pushed for some other treatment. My hair was so much of who I was, and I hate seeing myself like this.

Am I just bad, or is there something I'm missing?

Hi, need some advice. 33f, 5'3", Never been able to run, but I want to. I really want to be able to run.

I've never been able to run seriously. I mean never. Couldn't keep up in track and field days, couldn't keep up in tag, and even training every day in high school my best mile time was 10:16, and that was giving it all I had.

I'm now 33, and trying to get in better shape. I'm generally active, and I've been doing 3-5 miles walking at 2-2.3mph every day for several months in addition to general daily activity. Now I'm trying to add in some short jogs, but the same thing keeps happening. HR immediately climbs to 170, sometimes more. My lungs feel like they're closing or just not big enough, and no matter what breathing techniques I do, I feel like I can never get enough air. To the point that when I give up and slow down my throat is burning and it takes 5 minutes of deep breaths to get my bearings again. My knees and ankles knock against each other, and I can't seem to keep going in a straight line. This has happened every time I try to run since grade school.

I powered through a 5 minute "run" at 3ish mph today, and I feel terrible. I think I burped up my protein drink, and now there's fake chocolate acid in my sinuses.

Am I just not meant to run, or am I missing something?

HR data from today's attempt.

Accurately calculating body composition?

Been working on myself for a while, and after getting a pcos and insulin resistance diagnosis, and medication for both, I'm finally seeing improvement. (28lbs down!)

Still have a ways to go though, so I downloaded a fitness/diet tracker app, and with me at 5'3" and 167.6lbs, it calculated me at 39% body fat. This doesn't feel right, and I'm wondering if there's a way to get a more accurate answer.

Nearest actual body composition company/machine I can find is too far to travel and is way outside my budget for an appointment. Any way to get a better idea of body comp at home?

Feeding a skinny fish

Went to pet store for cat food, came out with cat food and a very skinny betta, that was nearly free after pointing out his poor condition to the store manager

Been keeping fish including bettas for decades, but never got one this skinny. He's in a 3gallon I had with filter media from one of my goldfish tanks. Bigger tank will be coming soon, this is just what I already had and could set up last night

My main question is how much to feed him and how often? I don't want to give him too much and have him end up constipated or something.

I have the following foods on hand: Hikari Tropical Micro Pellets, Kens Fish Tropical Green Granule, and Kens Fish Golden Pearls. I also have some Betta specific food on hand, but he's so small those pellets don't fit in his mouth.
