Not trying to be the 90th person asking for tech support here, but I’m stuck.

My MicroFreak seems to have flipped/inverted its key response. It triggers when I release a key instead of when I press it. I’ve tried a factory reset and reloaded the newest firmware, but that didn’t fix it.

I’ve also lost control over a few functions, including Hold, Dice, Spice/Chili Pepper, and the sequencer/arpeggiator behavior. It feels like something got mapped wrong or some setting got flipped, but I can’t figure out what caused it.

Has anyone run into this before? Is there a fix I’m missing?

I just got a new drum machine and was really hoping to jam everything together, so this has been a huge bummer. Any insight would be appreciated.

I was wondering if it’s possible to tweak the templates a bit? I’m not a huge fan of them, but there’s one that would really help me out. The green background is causing a bit of a snag because it’s saying my clip isn’t long enough to fit behind it or replace the green background. But it is, I’ve even stretched it out to make it longer, and it’s still giving me the same message. So, is there a way to sort of ‘break’ the template itself so I can just use the front image without the background?
