We have one kid in high school, one going to college and living at home, one going to college 5 hours away.

I’d like to keep the house until youngest graduates high school.

Husband rents an apartment until then? I don’t think the kids would want to move rooms every other week. I guess we could ask? They are teenagers. They barely hang out with us anyway.

Obviously we’ll ask but we aren’t there yet. Just thinking ahead.

ETA: I have a job/career and pay 45% of our bills currently.
