Is 48GB RAM worth $400 for my use case?
Making a career change, and they allow $1300 for a laptop purchase. I have a 2024 14" M4 MBP with 24 GB RAM and 1TB. My company is letting me keep my current device, so thinking of selling it and going with the M5 Pro, 24GB, 15-core. The only other option I'd consider is going to 48GB, but not sure it's really worth it for what I do. The most RAM-intensive thing I do on my laptop is Lightroom/Photoshop (unrelated to my job). I see most replies always pushing for the higher end, but truly not sure if I would ever even notice the difference. Talk to me.

Got the text to pickup a Batman today. Have a Bruce Wayne with oyster and jubilee from 2025 so will keep it as Batgirl and put Bruce Wayne on oyster. Best place to sell a brand new unused, oyster bracelet?
True story: my Dad passed in 2016 and his name was Bruce Wayne. During chemotherapy, the staff started calling him Batman. My AD agreed that I should have both.
