Survey just AUTO REJECTED me & DAMAGED MY SCORE, The survey said it needed a different browser so I opened it on a different browser, it then said I wasnt accepted, so I went to cancel & return it & it said it couldn't be canceled or returned, then I look & see it has been rejected & APPROVED as a rejection within seconds of me attempting to open it?

Why the hell am I being punnished & my score being hurt, & my account is put at risk of being terminated when they sent this survey to me, & I didnt even see any questions or answer anything! they are the ones who got the location wrong, my details are true & up to date. my account shoudn't have a mark on it.

It was a study by ''ballpark'' to be fair they are ussually good but they dropped the ball with this one!

I already got 2 or 3 rejections for this year so this is concerning :(

the first few times I cashed out it took roughly a month & a half to reach cashout, but for this most recent cashout, it took almost 6 months to reach (they definitely nerfed it)

but that isn't the issue, the issue is that they said it wll take 2 to 10 days for my reward to arrive (imm pretty sure it use to be instant) well now its been over 10 day & I dont see it I checked in all my inboxed for the connected email address, spam, junk, etc but nothing is there

So does anyone knoew if this company has stopped paying out?

Hello, I just did a $5.00 (dollar) study, & when I check on google or any currency conversion site, it says $5.00 dollars equals £3.72 (as of today)

However, in my recently cashed out Prolific account alI see is £3.65 so obivious there is something not adding up? is prolific taking fees out? & why when they send both USD & GBP payments & appear to be doing no conversions themselves?

Hi just now whise on the outlook email search bar, I just pressed the wrong key / letter on my keyboard & my Full name including 1st, middle & last name, came up next to my email address

this is super worrying because I use this email for a lot of junk mail / & as a sign up email address, but it aso has some important things like my investment trading 212 account, so it has a mixture of important & non important contacts

& I am very concenred about this because I have always used alais & not put any person details......I am a very private person & quite tech savy, but I cant figure out how to remove my name from my email....

I tried different obvious things ( account seetings / prvacy settings) but they *only show my alias name / email name, please how do I delete it permanty from records...

this is disgusting.

Hi, Im a trading 212 user, but often I feel like I invest too late... when the stock has risen & is just about to fall, so is there any tool or website that gives alerts to investors of increasing stock changes for exampe if a stock goes up by 10% etc it can notify me, & I know that this can be done manually through the app, but it requires alot of searching babysitting, time & extra work, hence this post.
