L-Theanine gone bad?

I bought L-theanine from Sports Research several months ago. I did not notice a strange smell or appearance previously, but I can’t say I inspected it that closely.
Today I noticed it has a strange smell, like a sweet caramel smell is the closest thing to describe it. The capsules also do not look uniform, like it has separated inside the capsules, like dots or crystallization.
Is it safe to consume? Has it gone bad?

The past half decade has been torture and I cannot see hope [astro-seek]

My childhood wasn’t great but starting in 2020 I had an extremely sharp decline, and things have not improved. I feel like I’m in purgatory with no hope of escaping. I don’t know what’s wrong with me or how to fix it.

Oh god another beginner post

Consider this charity work and help out an absolute beginner. My goal is an overall increase in strength, not all that interested in aesthetics except maybe biceps that’ll impress the local dykes. But mainly just functional strength for health and longevity. I’m 21, female, 5’1, 100 lbs.

The plan right now is to keep it simple, following the “Beginner Total Body Strength” workout on the Planet Fitness app, two times a week, one rest day in between, as that’s what my schedule currently allows for. If that’s not enough rest in between, I can try and shift my schedule around. I probably struggle the most with low calorie intake, including protein.

Here’s some specific questions I have:
- Is two full body workouts with one rest day in between okay, or do I need more rest in between?
- Is that program from planet fitness alright for a beginner? Should I seek a different program, or even a personalized program?
- How much does protein truly matter, and how much should someone like me be consuming?
- Should each set be done for the exact amount of reps it lists, or rather until near failure, (adjusting weights to be close to the amount of reps)?
- How much rest should occur between sets? Is 5 minutes overkill?
- Do I even need to go to the gym, or is this possible with some equipment at home? Gym scary. But I’ll go if I have to.

🔥thank🔥

heeyyyyyyy. help. i started using volufiline under my eyes. wash face, adapalene, moisturizer, volufiline. adapalene is not put under my eyes. day one, fine. day two and three, it burns for a few minutes. is this normal? is it like, a “its working” burn, or a “for the love of god stop putting that on your face” burn? I’ve never gotten sensitive skin or allergic reactions to anything. anyone else experience this or have insight? thaaaaaaaanks
