Got all my goodies in, pic below; and just finished my install last night. Holosun 507c Gold MRS optic. Also added a ZRTS captured guide rod. Bunch of goodies for my wife's p365 as well.
I got a bore laser as well so I zeroed as well as I can at about 12 yards.
Hitting the range tomorrow morning to try it out, can't wait!
All my new gear arrived in the last 2 days, splurged a bit and decided to do some upgrades.
For my PDP:
\- Calculated Kinetics RMR Dogtag
\- Calculated Kinetics RMSc Dogtag
\- ZRTS PDP-F Captured Guide Rod
For My Wife's p365 XL Rose Comp:
\- Sig Sauer X-Ray Sights (her's are not zeroed, gonna try some adjustments until she's ready for an optic)
\- ZRTS 365XL Captured Guide Rod, 15lb spring
\- Align Tactical Offset/Extended Mag Release
\- Sig Sauer 12 round magazine
\- Sig Sauer 17 round magazine
For fun (TBD where they go):
\- 9mm Bore laser for zero
\- Holosun 507c Gold Dot MRS
\- Vortex Defender CCW Green Dot 3 MOA
\- Wheeler 100pc FAT wrench set
\- The Cold Steel was an accident, forgot it was still in my cart. 😬
Somehow I managed to buy more for her than for me, guess that means I get a Bronze Bodyguard 2.0 next 😅😂
Time to get to work!
Edit: discovered the Holosun doesn't actually fit the optic cut on my wife's p365 so it's now mounted on my PDP (I liked the gold dot better anyway so I'm a happy camper).
Hey all, I have a PDP F-Series Pro-X PMM, so the barrel cannot be removed. Can anyone tell me how you would replace the front sight? I've been eyeing suppressor height tritium sights for fun (and a co-witness) but I just realized I don't see how to get the barrel out of the way enough to replace the front sight post.
Just received 1500 rounds and an ammo can in the mail. They packed it all in one box... 😬
This is the most beat down box I've seen still in one piece, but the can survived without a scratch and most of the ammo boxes are fine 😂
I carried it from my porch to my table, and I do NOT envy the poor guy who carried it up my driveway...
+ a pic of the guns that will shoot them for fun 🍻
Went to the range first thing this morning and had a great time (Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there!). 3rd in line so I was on the range before shooting even began. I wanted to work on shot groups and try out the new feature in the Roundkeep (RangeReady) app, that analyzes targets.

Went well overall, these were all at 12-15 yards. These were my best groups but I didn't have any that were more than 5 inches so I'm happy with that for the day. The bottom 2 shots on that middle pic were a separate group 🍻

Just received my IWB holster for my light, well made and perfect fit! I have a few adjustments to make now, something else to play with 😅

Hey all, still relatively new to this so looking for some advice. We bought our guns in April, and I initially stocked up on a bulk ammo purchase using ammoseek. We've used up the majority of what we bought at this point, and I'm just wondering if ammo typically has any kind of sale around the 4th of July?
I can buy right now for about 21cpr for FMJ (9mm) but if the 4th tends to create sales I'd be fine with waiting. I also plan to get both FMJ range ammo and cheap JHP ammo, as we have a public outdoor range that requires non-penetrating ammo.
My wife and I hit the range today, had a great time. Now it's time to clean up the tools... I actually enjoy this part, it's very satisfying to me.
Anyone else find gun cleaning to be a calming process?
