Should I worry about protein amino acids?

I’m trying to hit 160g of protein, but I recently saw some comments saying bread advertised as 22g of protein per serving is only 6g because its not the right amino acids. Is this something I should worry about?

Don’t make the same mistake as me

I finished coding my app after months, got it approved for the app store after many reviews, got it finally published, and asked my friends and family to check it out. And proceeded to get 20 downloads. I have 1 sale from myself. Lol.

I’m reflecting on this and realizing that my app has like 10 cool features, and it makes it so hard to explain to people, that I can’t convince anyone to actually download it and use it.

For context I started it to get reminders before my food goes bad, cause I hated throwing food away. Then I added calorie and protein tracking since I already had the grocery items in your pantry/fridge, and you cross them off when you eat it. Then I added cost tracking and barcode scanning and AI calorie estimates for when you eat out, you can still track your macros.

Now I have an app that serves like 5 niches and I don’t know how to market it, I don’t know how to explain it to people briefly (case in point to my paragraph above)

I’m really not sure what to do now, if you have advice for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, to you: keep it simple, that way people will actually be able to understand what it is that your app does. Distribution really is the most difficult part.

Any tips on actually starting meal prepping?

I’ve been lurking for a while in this sub, I track my macros but have wanted to meal prep for the other reasons too like saving money and time by doing it all at once. But I cant shake the intimidation. The most I do is make a large meal and eat leftovers the next day for lunch. Making 10 meals just sounds intimidating.

I ranked the foods I ate by protein per 100 calories

Pretty fun to see even though I knew shrimp and tuna were at the top.

Can somebody help? What Developer Action is needed here?

I’ve filled out every section, my localization has been approved… review information is filled out… I understand that on the app version page is how I submit this, but I’m tweaking cause there is no section for IAP and Subscriptions.
