On a random frequency in the VHF or HF band (usually in the 18–80 MHz range), you can hear an FM station. Is there any way to fix this? So that this radio can properly receive low‑band and short‑wave signals.

I have an ATS-20+, and it no longer suits me, it has a 7kohm antenna input, and therefore the antenna cannot be configured properly. I want something better, but not very expensive.
