I am moving from England to Scotland. I want to complete an access course at college in order to progress to university. Can I acquire funding in any way similar to an Advanced Learner Loan or Student Finance?
It's all quite confusing and I'm not sure what is available to me as an English student living in Scotland. I'm 30 years old and only have an education up to the GCSE level.
Would appreciate any help, thanks :)
