Had the chance to visit recently to pay respects to a deceased relative. Was absolutely blown away by the size and scale of this monument, and the incredible architecture elements. It sits mainly inside a mountain, and the outer buildings really do justice to the size and scale of the conflict.

Really like it so far. Captured voice quite well while the music was up high in the car. Looking forward to further testing and use case scenarios.

Yesterday I visited the Art Institute of Chicago and saw the exhibit on textiles from the South West Asia and North Africa. They advertised as displaying cultural and tribal textiles from "Morocco to Afghanistan". I didn't know what to expect, but I was hoping to see some beautifully done talit and kippah, in addition to the robes, burq'a and art from Muslim cultures and other groups.

Upon entering, I saw a beautiful pair of yemenite Jewish bridal head coverings and was feeling really hopeful for the exhibit. Then I read the wall and saw the map, saw we were left out and knew where this would go.

Sure enough, the only other Jewish item on display was a kippah, which was in the room for "privacy & protection" and was with other tribal hats/caps. There was no other representation, not in the "bath culture" section or the "cultural celebratory dressing" section.

I guess I was just expecting a little bit more? We were a strong cultural presence in all the countries with a strong textile heritage in all these regions and areas shown, but I guess that doesn't matter? Am I missing something?

The widget on the home screen said "Say hello to family", so I thought it would be a photo montage from recent photos I'd taken of the family. Nope! Instead it's saying I should call my mother because it's been 9 days‽ Insane work.
