Hello all. This is my beautiful plant. It’s growing very fast and I want to support it!!! (literally and figuratively) On the right there is one big drooper. Is this an appropriate time to get a moss pole/support? Also, is it in need of a repot soon? Thank you!!!

I know the mounting bolt should have some play, but not sure about the cage. Curious if anyone else has experience with this. Rear derailleur is SRAM AXS Rival XPLR D1.
