When I post a photo on my main instagram feed it uploads as a black image. I have tried everything: logging in and out, uninstalling the app, restarting my network and phone, updating the app, etc. When I log into my account in a browser I do not have this issue but I cannot add music or use any of the in app editing features and the image quality is grainy. I am logged into other account on the same device but this problem only occurs on my one account. I do not have any restrictions nor am I banned from posting. How do I fix this/what is happening? I submitted a bug report to Meta but not sure the problem will be resolved. This has been happening for almost a week and I’ve tried every solution at least once.
