Has anyone had confirmation on it yet? I haven't received an email yet and its getting close to it,

Im in a chain hotel in the UK and in the hallway there is spare milk and tea for the room, I made a tea using the spares and it was disgustingly sour, it made me feel sick. I went to the desk to complain and warn them that they might need to check the milk in case it was all off and showed then the picture of my tea that was cloudy with bits and split with a layer at the bottom. I went out and came back, say over an hour and I could tell the milk hadn't been changed.

Later on I made some cup noodles and it didnt taste right so I boiled the water again, poured it into a seperate glass than the one this morning and tasted it, the hot water was so sour! I went and complained to the same guy saying what happend and that i need a new kettle and he said he will send one up. Its been over an hour and no one has come up, if nobody does come today should I report this further that nothing was done about it?

I was thinking if nothing happens to day to just take the kettle at check out and leave it at reception so the next person doesn't have to drink it but then I don't want them to think I've stolen a kettle 😂 or should I just leave a note on the kettle for housekeeping?
