I'm not an alarm expert...
We have a very basic Paradox alarm system that we used to control with the Insite Gold app.
Then we were told that Insite Gold is dead and we must move to BlueEye.
I've done that, and migrated the System over successfully. BlueEye sees the system, and it has a nice NEW icon next to it.
Now it's asking for my "user code" to connect. That user code was always the same as our keypad PIN on Insite Gold.
The keypad PIN still works on the keypad, but I'm getting "Login failed. Invalid User code. Please try again" each time I try to use it on BlueEye.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong, please?
