Overdraft protection question

I've had overdraft protection practically since day one. Maybe a couple years ago, the policy seemed to have changed.

Used to be the od protection coild be used to pay a nfcu loan or credit card. Now it doesn't seem like you can, even if you have your entire credit line available.

Anyone know when this changed? It's very inconvenient. I wish I got paid weekly, but i don't so my account can routinely go into and out of od protection. If it goes into od protection, then I can't pay cc bill until my paycheck actually comes in a day or two later.

Neighbor moved out and left cats behind. Now there are two litters with 4 kittens and no one will help.

I reached out to a couple places very close to my house. Their excuse is--everywhere is busy, it's kitten season. Well, no shit. That's why I'm contacting you and that is why you exist.

I just caught and fixed one of the mothers. But she's got two kitten out there. Then today, I found out another cat has two kittens, both tiny and adorable.

I can set traps and hopefully, eventually, get them all fixed (begrudgingly, at my expense, by the way), but in 3 or 4 months, it's going to be 40 at night and there will be 6 month old kittens under a porch trying to keep warm. I've already got more than enough cats. I can't end up with double digit cats.

Is there nowhere that actually helps, or are they all just websites with sad cat photos?

How accurate is the deflock map? I'm trying to find cameras in person that are listed on the map and don't see them.

We have one main intersection where I live, and there is, according to deflock, a camera looking in each direction from it. When I drive past the location, even when I'm at the red light, I haven't been able to spot the cameras.

Just curious.

Didn't want to, but life takes over sometimes. Here is a link to my tickets. They include various Wrestlemania tickets (including #1 and #3), a complete, unused Great American Bash 1985 ticket, 1998 King of the Ring stub and a Montreal Screwjob stub.

The ticket prices run the gamut of affordable (around $150, up to hopefully 6k and higher). So, pretty much anything for any budget.
