Alternate to ferric chloride for etching. please read

I have an Esee-4 1095 steel. I want to get rid of the coating. I have read that I can use circut board etch or ferric chloride to etch in the wording before I remove the powder coat. Here is my issue I cant find a small amount of the product I need are there any other recommendations I can use to etch it deep enough to keep the manufacturers info but not have to spend a crap ton of money on a product I need a tiny bit of? Thanks in advance

Rear Sram Apex still spongy (yes its probably air) please read

-2023 Trek Checkpoint with SRAM Apex brakes
-Changed pads due to wear(realistically unrelated but it is a detail)
- A few rides later rear brakes went totally soft. No braking action at all
- I have bled the brakes 3 times myself as per the SRAM guidance (I am an aircraft mechanic so I can and do follow directions. The brakes came back to 60% of what they were
-went for a ride and lost brakes again took it to the only bike shop in town Brakes came back 60%.
-Rode a couple more times short ride and the. Completely lost all brakes again
-its been in the shop with the head tech since wed and they cannot get the brakes any better than 60% feel of where they should be. They have bled them multiple times since then.

Any ideas? I just want to ride my bike

TLDR: three different people have bled the brakes and they will not go to full proper feel/non spongy. Any help?

Flat top hotdog from train station in Lodz Poland it was great

Split and flat topped. Onion, mustard, curry sauce, tomato, canned corn, spinach, bacon crispy onions and cucumber. It was a mess but it was really good
