I know that it's already pretty tedious to farm for a specific Duke weapon and adding another drop will make the situation even worse, but let's say they make him drop 2 weapons from one treasure bag. Do you think there is a need for such a weapon?

Ralsei seems genuinely surprised by that information, and I don't think he'll withhold such an important piece of information from Kris and Susie after chapter 4, so I don't think he's lying here. He knows the prophecy fully, so why did the Knight, who according to The Prophecy, was supposed to appear alongside the heroes, already appeared a bunch of years ago? Does that mean that they are not the heroes, and there were actual heroes before them, like Asriel or Dess, or something like that?
Okay, but genuinely, I don't understand why he didn't even try to do anything, like Toriel was asleep when the Knight tried to kidnap her, and Undyne, although allegedly for the first time in the Dark World, did at least threw a couple of her spears, so why didn't Asgore, who was in the Dark World for quite a while and should've figured out how to use magic didn't even attack the Knight once?
Maybe he couldn't get out of the Knight's ball thingy, but before that what was stopping him from at least attempting to attack the Knight?

I tried multiple times, today and about 4 days ago, but every time this error pops up, and I don't know what the issue is. The card I'm using should work, and I also tried other cards, but they didn't work either. I can't reach out to Customer Service or get any help from the College Board.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If yes, could someone please help me out, what to do
