I already have plans to go to Hello work tomorrow but wanted to jump here and see if there are other Babysitters that can give me some insight.

Been with the company for over 3 years, only got a small salary increase after fighting them because one client told me they charge every little thing I do for them and oh surprise this is not reflected in my salary.

They ask a lot from me and is a baito, and I give my all to provide personalized service catering to the kids based on their needs and personalities, taking extra courses for safety etc etc I stro fly believe I should have a better salary.

After double checking my contract and some stuff online it seems that the kind of contract I have is basically as freelance 🫠

So I would like recommendations for babysitting companies and if anyone has a direct contract with a family what kind of contract is it? How could I do it.

Would like to complain more but there's to much of that on reddit already 😅

I've heard this multiple times even before moving here, but is it? I have more support here than I had back in my country (In latin america).

We have national medical insurance but due to corruption a first appointment with a specialist can take over 3 months... so not very helpful if you need attention asap, you can also go with a particular doctor but is not accesible for everyone (minimum salary just increased last year to aprox 99.000 円 and usually is pretty hard to even get a job that pays it).

In my experience Japan has many options for people dealing with mental health and disabilities compared to my country.

I consider is more a percepción due to the social and cultural structure, good doctors and the right assistance exsist but people won't really reach out due to fear. This includes families that refuse to help their kids because they don't want to acknowledge a mental health issue which happens also in many other countries, japan is not the only country that has bad doctors prescribing random meds...

So is probably bad considering de cultural perception of japanese people but not at all considering the actual options the government provides 🤔

Except therapy (still haven't heard a good review about a Japanese therapist, but had a very bad one with a foreign one in a Japanese clinic) like everywhere else is a matter of finding the right one.

Mental health institutions suck everywhere so not taking into account.

I live in the saitama area and see lots off offers on rakuten for medaka but not so sure about that is it trust worthy? I already have a biotope set up and 9 medaka (survivors from previous attempts for a bigger family) added one more yesterday he was the only one left😔(went to a homecenter for some new soil and plants after moving the biotope water is turning yellow too fast).

Ordered a new biotope pot for another set up but not sure we're to get fish that is reliable 😵‍💫 I dont trust Amazon or the pet stores around..

I love to see everyone's cords and participate when possible, but after looking at little bit has been hard to find online community only for Gothic lolita or elegant Gothic lolita in the whole goth sense 😥 any suggestions?

Moved here over 3 years ago, and stopped tattooing completely (still producing art, just not tattoos) now that my situation here is more stable I want to start tattooing again but lost my socials (mental breakdown and deleted everything). I still have some photos here and there, but I'm a little lost on how to start again. Any advice? Specially for working in a tattoo studio in japan (i have over 6y experience, female).

I come from the MySpace and early Tumblr days (yes old lady here), I still have my tumblr and not sure if I should focus on it again or create a new place all together... my main concern is a platform where people actually interacts and is not a dead place🤔

When I saw all the dating options on the game I was so disappointed, not a fan of the fashion for the characters and most have a very childish aura abut them (I'm 35 btw). After a few interactions I was more attracted to the older characters (June's dad 🤣) but unplanned unlocked all Lloyd's interactions first.

The voice and the script even after dating are the best, hope it gets better after marriage 🤔
