Theoretically speaking, how hard would it be to create a smaller maps app?

I want to know from a technical standpoint, how hard would it be to create a small scaled down version of a google or apple maps.

I'm brand new to the world of software, so I just want to know if this is something even worth considering, or is it like asking if I can build TSMC in my basement. Thanks.

Suggestions for how to go about coins I inherited?

I inherited hundreds of coins from before 1965 from my grandfather. For example, I'm 25% of the way through the quarters and have thirty two 1964 quarters.

If you had to go through hundreds and hundreds of coins, would you just take everything at melt value? OR do you think it would be worth it analyze each coin?

Looking for advice on French Presses

I looked in this sub, but all french press posts seem to be 5-12 years old.

I want to buy a french press, and have a couple of questions. Besides being double walled is their any advantage of buying more expensive ones?

If you had to buy a french press today which ones would you get when you want to focus on quality and price over aesthetic?

Is there a place to get custom made gnomes as gifts?

I've had an idea for a while now, and would like to gift it to a family member for Christmas this year. I want to get a Kristi Noem Gnome as a joke, and was wondering if there are any places that make custom gnomes, as I am new to the gnome world.

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

How should I increase the size of the deadbolt hole in a door?

I'm adding a digital keypad deadbolt to a house, and the hole that the keypads need is just slightly bigger than the hole that was used for the previous 50 year old deadbolts.

What tools should I get, or how should I go about slightly increasing the size of the holes? The might need to increase a quarter of an inch in diameter.

Thanks for the help, I'm new to DIY.

Getting back into camping after a decade.

This fall, I want to get back to camping. It will be the first time I do it as an adult, and I want to know how people pack food for multiple days? Is it possible to keep meat refrigerated that long if you have a good cooler? What do you usually pack to eat for 2-3 days in the woods? Thanks.

What are some Oakley like sunglasses for someone with a massive head?

I want a new pair of sungalasses, but most of them end up being too small for me. I want something that I can do athletic stuff with, and looks sporty. It doesn't have to look very close to Oakleys, and I want it to cover a good portion of my eye.

If anyone has suggestions, they'd be greatly appreciated.

Where or how did you learn accounting as a small business owner?

I'm going to launch a company this year, and would like to know the best method to become fluent in accounting? I am still going to hire help, but I want enough skills to be able to check everything myself.

What worked for you, and if you started over would you do anything differently?
