Does this engraving only work with regular arrows, or does it also work with Silent Arrows, etc..?

I just found this ai video while scrolling on instagram. The man is launched up over the side of a slide, hundreds of feet in the air.
I had this same exact type of dream when i was younger, and i looked through the comments and there were plenty of others that experienced this
