no one wanted anti heal so i sold ldr and built immortal was that the correct play or nah?

watched a couple of videos as well as saw a couple of pro games, and the thing that hurts my brain most is that people seem to not give % armor pen alot of importance... at least compared to other adcs

why is that?

also any tips for itemization (with decent explanation) would be much appreciated
