i was 1 mark off the next grade in aqa psych, wondering how likely it is that I move up a grade?

my ferritin levels were at 9 ug/L in december, and I have been well below 25 ever since 2023, then i started taking ferrous fumarate 420mg daily from december until april. recently got a blood test and found out my ferritin levels are at 66! i am quite lost now on what to do as I am no longer fully deficient, should i keep taking the strong 420mg dosage or go on to a maintenance dosage of around 18mg? im going to consult my doctor but she is quite busy rn so wanted to get another opinion before that. i also havent really noticed any hair regrowth

Does anyone know what questions came up last year?
