







progress feb 17 to may 18
having a hard time with my mental. and seeing the "newbie" gains everyone talks abt. i’ve been told i should be seeing more progress for 4 months. (don’t have pics when first started) but hoping you guys can point out to see if ive made any good progress. starting weight is probably about 153? now sitting about 165-166 the black pants is now and the shorts was february. thank you for your time.
