I'm getting my nails done for the first time today and I had some questions about materials/pricing if anyone could help :)
Hi! I'm getting my nails done for the first time today and I had a couple designs in mind, but I want to keep myself realistic about everything.
My nails are just slightly above my fingertips. I want gel. I work in retail, so I use my hands a lot and need to be mindful of that.
Realistically, are any of these designs possible using just gel and pearls/gems? I love the jelly/glittery effect on the first 3 and think the designs are beautiful, but I don't know anything about nails so I'm not sure what was used.
I'm also concerned about price. A basic gel manicure at the salon I'm going to is $50. French tips alone are an extra $10, and "pink & white" (not sure what that is) is an extra $15. Based on these first 3 designs, do you have any sort of estimate on what I might be paying? I'd like to stay under ~$75/$80 before tip.
The last design is what I'll most likely ask for if the first 3 aren't possible/in my price range. If anyone has any similar inspo designs I'd also love to see them! Thanks!
