Need a second job

Im looking for a job like barback or server that can get me into a position to move up into a bartender or similar role. At my current job i am not allowed to collect any tips and the base pay does not cover enough for necessities for me and my husband. Does anyone have any recommendations for where i can look? I am more than willing to commute up to 25 miles away as i do farther for my current job.

Broke and struggling how long do i have?

My spare is a completely different rim and size and i dont get paid until next thursday.do i absolutely need to fix this immediately or do i have a few days? I work 34 miles away up the mountains and the only road is a highway. It is not leaking any air.
