I will never, ever, ever forget the way my fiancé looked at me yesterday when we got the maternity photos done. I have never in my life felt so completely cherished and beautiful.
Just needed to write that down.
I know I’m the pregnant one, but I thrive on giving gifts. It makes me feel awesome. My fiance is a gem and has really impressed me by taking on a much larger load since I got pregnant. I’m not great at being taken care of so I want to give him something that shows how much I see him.
We’re having a little boy, due in less than two months. Fiance is into cars and design. Funny gifts are good, but nothing too corny/overdone like a book of dad jokes. Something he can share alone with his son would be great - I know he feels a little underimportant compared to me in this pregnancy.
Any suggestions? Let’s make him laugh and cry 😈
For me, I keep fantasizing about when I can take a huge deep breath that completely fills my lungs. I think about it all the time.
