Can we take loan for the fees and still get the MMVY?

I am thinking of taking a loan for the first year tution fees, will I still get MMVY? Normally without any deduction?

Also can we take CSSS and MMVY both?

Can we participate in Round 2 or CLC after taking addmission

I have been wondering about this for quite a while, even the MPDTE support seems confused, I have already taken addmission in MITS AiMl from round 1, can I still participate in Round 2 or CLC for better options
