The metal of the car seemed to interfere with the magnetic field and so the drone wouldn't land. Then it freaked out and ended up landing on the floor, a very rocky floor.

If I'd taken off from the ground the fall would have been much shallower.

The scratches on the top lens aren't super noticeable in most footage shot afterwards so I'll hold off replacing the lens for the moment.

The cracked glass of the sensor is a bit of a worry though. Not sure how good the object avoidance will be now and if it'll be getting freaked out over nothing instead.

When I click the heart to save/add to collection I more often than not get this error "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Anyone else?

I'm on a modern Android phone with the latest app and android.

I organized a little drone meet up thru Grey Arrows and we grabbed some shots around the Thames launching from the foreshore.

I'll share some videos when I've finished editing.

So while looking at the new features of the new firmware I was hovering indoors, I know I know, and just went to go forward a bit, but the object avoidance is much more sensitive then before, so I pressed the trigger a little harder and pop when into the wall 🤣

Now I know how to replace a propeller blade 🤣.

Definitely advise not copying me and try the new features outdoors like a sane person.
