I’ve seen posts of people “tuning” tire inserts before by filling some of the spaces, but they were mostly adding weight, I wonder what the best material would be for adding some rigidity to the silicone insert while still allowing the tire to conform a little bit🧐 besides foam, this truck does encounter water.

Wheels tucked in further. But with thicker tires👍

This truck cannot turn to save its life, I love it, will sort that out after I’m done appreciating how scale this wheel offset looks.

Tires tucked👍

Little too much flex yet, but I think I’m good with it, will help it still be able to crawl a bit.

Think the tire size might be perfect for the straight axles👍

K5 stock Cooper Discoverers on the Batrazzi wheels, they’re a bit stretched so it gives them a nice inflated look👍

Big tires, narrow stance, Ready for the sandy trails👍

SSD portal delete with the Mickey Thompson Baja belted tires and Chevy Rally wheels. Think this might be the size limit unless I get bigger shocks, currently only works because of how much preload I added to the shocks which limits the travel a bit and helps stave off the tire rub at full shock compression. Trimmed of a tiny corner on the front of the front wheel well to stop that tiny bit of rubbing.

Got the F-150 low trail out together today, learned I gotta be more thorough with my research! Will have to grab the Injora stainless steal links for the defender and use the spacers🤷‍♂️

Injora DRX shocks, anyone been using these long enough to give a “Long-ish” term review? Any leaking?
