Intense Shaking After Long SR Streaks

I’ve been deep into SR, longest streak was 250+ days. I’ve also been doing TRE from time to time, but not really consistently, so I feel like I’ve just been stuck in the longest flatline ever.

I finally spilled after holding for a few weeks, and it felt pretty intense. After that, I got this strong urge to tremor, so I just let it happen. The shaking went to other parts of my body too, which I haven’t really felt before. Afterward I felt super relieved, was breathing hard, but at the same time I felt way more relaxed and a lot of the tension in my body eased up.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m deep into SR, but I honestly don’t know when it’s the right time to release and let the tension out, and when it makes more sense to keep going with SR.

People who moved to Canada, what’s your honest experience starting over? (2026)

Saw a thread about this for the US recently and it got a lot of responses. Now that we’re in 2026, curious to hear from the Canada people naman.

What actually changed in your life, for better or worse, after you made the move? I just want to hear the real stories, not the highlight reel.

Asking because I’m also moving there soon and I’d love to hear perspectives from people who have already been through it.

Edit: What difference would it be po if I landed as PR compared to the usual study route?
