Jump 12/2 from this setup to a ceiling fan?

I have a friend of a friend who is an actual electrician coming in 2 weeks to fix some wiring. In the meantime, I'd like to hook up a ceiling fan in my room. I put a fan box in my ceiling for a fan that is remote-only operated. Had some 12/2 left over to use. The white on this wall switch is constant hot and it controls the top of 2 receptacles in the room. Other white wire was just there in the box. No wire nut to cap it off. Would I hook the hot (black) for the fan to the hot white (should be marked black or red) and neutral to the one in the box? This is obviously the limit of my experience. Assuming the white hot is a switch leg.

Quiet tires for f150

F150 with 275 55 r20 tires. Looking for the ever-elusive AT look with great road manners. Currently on wrangler adventure AT that came on the truck. Road noise and comfort are the priority. Yes, I know I should get a HT tire but looks count a bit. I had ko2 on previous f150 and wouldn't do them again. Seems the best options are dueler AT ascent, firestone destination at2, bfg trail terrain and a buddy likes the falken rubitrek on his jeep. I like the firestone and Bridgestone bc theyre p rated and only 41 lb. Anyone with an f150 or similar on any of these or additional recommendations?

FWIW.... I placed an order with all-clad for my first stainless set. About ten days go by and I don't receive any sort of communication from them about my order being shipped or any sort of tracking status. On the second time contacting them, I get a customer service rep who proceeds to explain that their fraud detection system flagged my order and canceled it out. When I asked why I didn't receive any sort of communication about this, she essentially shrugged her shoulders. No offer to help with a reorder or any sort of apology. I received an email about my experience with customer service and I gave them an overview of what happened. Got a response and again- zero f-cks given. So I placed an order with Made In. I can't compare the cookware to All-Clad but the experience was 10x better.
