Has anyone experienced quantum leaps to other parts of the infinite multiverse with dmt use?

Ive had a few experiences, where I smoked dmt, and began to notice minor differences that happened from pre to post dmt hit (not even a full BT)

I'm beginning to wonder if dmt can be used like Ricks portal gun in Rick and Morty... with intention, maybe we can use it as a tool to ask to switch to a reality of our choosing. We blast off, then our awareness comes back into a slightly difference version of reality that we desire.

Could I put harmala in a 510 cart without any pg?

Anyone have experience with this. I was thinking of using it for either 3 carts for a 1 hit breakthrough or 2 carts and a harmala cart for an extended 1 hit breakthrough
