Confused about different forms of Harmalas

Usually when people take harmalas, they use either freebase, HCl, or acetate/citrate. From my understanding each form is absorbed differently, and also highly dependent on the ROA used.

So my question is, what form is best used for each ROA? I've yet to try harmine/harmaline but I have some THH freebase which I want to try on its own, but I'm not sure how to approach it. Some say freebase is absorbed better sublingually, while others say salt is better. And if I want to take it orally, can I just mix it with lemon juice or vinegar and drink?

What to expect from tryptophan?

I’m amazed by u/sabnock101 experience with consuming tryptophan and how it converts to tryptamine with the aid of B6 under the influence of Harmalas.

I would like to experiment with it at my own risk. There is a chance of serotonin syndrome maybe on higher doses of tryptophan.

I genuinely don’t know what to expect as I haven’t found enough clear information on how the experience should feel like. I’m guessing it might give a mushroom or ayahuasca body high without visions?

I’m planning to:
consume 3.5g rue powder
After 1 hour take 500mg tryptophan + B6

I’m not sure if this is the right B6 form/ dose that converts tryptophan to tryptamine. One capsule contains 62mg— i didn’t understand the chart in the picture.

Shrooms not working

Started taking harmaline 2 times weekly. Magic mushrooms just don't do anything now. Apparently serotonin down regulation? What is the best option to get around this? I don't really feel like tripping all day so I'm nervous about mixing harmaline and shrooms. And also don't want to stop harmaline for 2 weeks. If I took 100 milligrams of harmaline should I lower my shroom dosage from 3 grams to 1.5 grams? I get nervous about trying new things so I'm just looking for a little feedback and do realize you shouldn't take advice from reddit. But seriously what do you guys do about this?

Snorting doxylamine to stop nausea

I was thinking about this because benadryl isnt very quick at working and you could puke it out while vomiting. Doxylamine can be crushed up and snorted causing a much faster anticholinergic action. Doxylamine has way better pharmacological selectivity for these receptors. With zofran, asenapine, doxylamine, and weed, I should be able to have much more comfort with my friends vomiting. I am the only person in my friend group that doesnt mind myself vomiting.
