I would like to see how they look like on.

I am suprised how mild the flavour is! But I can see why its people go-to it goes down very easy and i feel the caffeine pretty well!

I choose different videos to follow along every time. Is there a classic scheme people usually follow, and something a bit longer than 20 minutes. Where should I start?

TL;DR: Inlaws cheat, argue, drink, narcistic tendencies, hurt my girlfriend emotionally, baby on the way, dont trust them.

I met my girlfriend 4 years ago. And i have felt since the first day I met her mom and her stepdad(raised her since she was 2 because her real dad commited suicide) that something is off. They are now seperated. But it was just 2 months ago.
During the years they have been together they have been cheating on eachother, drinked alcohol to the point that my gf and her sister has said to them to stop drinking and they still continue. The dad has said hes going to take his life several times. If they mom doesnt wants to be with him even though both cheat on eachother. My gf and sisters has said to him do you know exactly what you are saying to us. It has surfaced that the mom has slept with two of her cousins during their marriage. And my gf is starting to realise both parents are very narcissistic. And has been saying recently that they only really cared about me when I was depressed, now that I am completely happy they try to almost ruin it. My gf and sister says that they dont want to know about their sexlives but they still say it very openly even though nobody wants it. I dont trust her parents at all, i have almost cut contact with them. But we are having a baby soon and I dont know exactly how things are going to work out with them around. I have really stable parents and have told them that I will be needing them around when her parents visit.

Now i want to narrow my focus to just Vajrayana. And if you would give someone a roadmap to understand this practice. How would it like? I want to understand this subject as comprehensively as possible and live through it.
