Movies like Bodies,Bodies,Bodies or Its Whats Inside

Both movies are about a group of friends ages 20-30s, horror/thriller mixed with comedy, mostly in a ‘party’ setting. I loved the intrigue and twists of both movies and am looking for something similar to watch with my girlfriend.
