According to the reviews, it just smells and feels like lotion. It's probably the same as the Lume deodorant (that they also had to rebrand into a MAN version called Mando because Lume is too girly).

I don’t think I’ve had a restfulness above fair in the last two years. It doesn’t matter what I do. I have multiple chronic illnesses that have unrefreshing sleep and insomnia as symptoms. Sleep studies have shown I basically move around the entire time I sleep.

I just chalk it up to being an elf. In the D&D universe they only “sleep” for 4 hours a night and it’s really just a trance/meditative state where they can dream. 🙃
