i just got this bag, but where the window is my insert is extremely loose because the inside isnt really sewn down or anything??? it just sits back annoyingly far which i really dont like because usually my inserts are really tight against the window and dont budge. would i be better off just hot glueing it all down and hoping or is there a better solution?

im kind of new to selling on vinted, and ive not had any issues before but i also overthink things sometimes when they do happen.

a seller bought from me on Saturday and about midway through Monday they texted me asking for it to be sent after Wednesday (i had about 3 parcels to send out and my mum drives by the post office on her way back from work so i asked her to do it for me) so i mentioned how my mum was probably already at the post office/driving there and wouldnt see my message (which she didnt and shipped the parcel out) and then i get this message mentioning how the buyer is now going on holiday for two weeks and wont be able to pick it up.

have i done something wrong or am i right to think they shouldve mentioned this the day of buying or just not purchased if they wouldnt be there to get it???

ive looked in so many places but it feels like she doesnt exist as i cant find ANYTHING to do with her. she released in 2018 and i think shes called kayano? she is so beautiful and im very new to collecting pullips so any advice on where i could find her or just anyone who is selling her would be really appreciated!!!

ive checked ebay, mercari, buyee and even old blogs but no luck :( im getting kind of hopeless because everywhere i can find traces of her its sketchy websites i dont trust spending even a penny on… (|||_ _)

as well as the potential price she would go for now as she originally sold for about £130-140 (if its changed from yen/usd into gbp correctly).
