How do you deal with this?
Customer wants multiple cemented wooden fence poles replaced, UPVC door hinges replaced (I cant find the replacements yet), Multiple old UPVC window handles replaced (non standard handles) other random repairs, painting and gardening....Give me a price she says???

When ever the TV is off and the PC wakes from sleep the audio reverts to the computer speaker and I have to restart the PC to return the audio to the HDMI out. Any ideas please? I have to turn on the TV before waking the PC.
