Anybody know why? I can't figure out if the branch is completely closed, it just said appointment canceled due to NYS issue.

Hi! I want to print the image of collages i make onto greeting cards. Can I go to a store like Staples for this or would I need to use a print shop? I have a limited budget. Thanks!
